The Gastronomati is a growing multi-brand food and beverage group founded in 2022.

We aim to create new dining and drinking experiences for modern consumers across Asia. This vision was born from the changing habits of the post-Covid marketplace. We combine different cuisines and cultures to form bold, original food concepts.

Each of our outlets offers multiple experiences under one roof. This approach attracts customers from a wide range of backgrounds. By mixing formats and price points, we build inclusive spaces for all to enjoy.

We believe diversity in taste and setting creates lasting impact in today’s F&B world.

THE CAFFEINE CARTEL

We launched our own café brand, The Caffeine Cartel, in 2023.

This came after 20 years of consulting for top food and beverage brands. The Caffeine Cartel is a modern lifestyle café with bold energy and clear purpose. It serves high-quality Thai fusion cuisine in a casual, welcoming setting.

The drinks menu is fun, creative, and made for today’s younger audience. Each item is designed to surprise, refresh, and invite curiosity. From funky sodas to unique signature blends, we offer more than the usual café fare. These drinks bring energy and flair to the overall dining experience.

THE CAFFEINE CARTEL

In 2024, The Caffeine Cartel proudly received the Thai Select Casual award from Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce.

This award is the highest honor given by the Royal Thai Government to outstanding Thai restaurants worldwide. It recognizes excellence in food, service, and authenticity. The selection process is strict and based on well-defined quality standards.

We are one of only three restaurants in Malaysia to receive this award in 2024.

We are also among the youngest brands ever to earn this recognition. This milestone reflects our team’s passion, creativity, and commitment to Thai cuisine.

PENNAPRA PRIVATE DINING

Private dining and omakase experiences have seen a rise in popularity across Asia in recent years. We set out to create our own distinctive take on this growing trend. Our goal is to offer something intimate, refined, and uniquely Thai.

Pennapra Private Dining + Supperclub is a tasting menu experience led by Chef Pennapra Yathai of Thailand. She brings modern Thai cuisine to life with elegance, precision, and bold creativity. Each dish reflects her deep respect for tradition and love for innovation.

The restaurant highlights premium ingredients and time-honored recipes. Every course is carefully crafted to deliver a Thai fusion dining experience like no other.
